Terms of Service

These terms set out the conditions for using IconFit AI (the “Service”). By using the Service, you're considered to have agreed to these terms.

The Service is a free tool that automatically detects the position of the subject in an uploaded image and suggests a composition suited to a circular social-media profile icon. Processing happens entirely in your browser and is never sent to or stored on the Service's servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

When using the Service, the following are prohibited:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Processing images that infringe another person's copyright, likeness rights, privacy, or other rights
• Interfering with the Service's operation, including placing excessive load on it
• Unauthorized reverse engineering or modification of the Service's software

You're responsible for ensuring you have the legal right (copyright, likeness rights, etc.) to process any image you upload. Because the Service never stores or collects your images, it bears no responsibility for the content of images you upload.

The Service is provided “as is,” with no guarantee as to the accuracy of subject detection or the appropriateness of any suggested composition. To the extent permitted by law, the Service bears no responsibility for damages arising from its use. The Service is also not an official product of any social media platform, and actual display behavior on those platforms may differ from what's described here as their specifications change.

The Service may be changed, expanded, or discontinued without notice. The Service bears no responsibility for any resulting damages to users.

These terms may be revised as needed. Revised terms take effect once posted on this page.
